Coronavirus Advice

To help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising all patients to phone before coming to the surgery.

We have had to make changes to the way we work :

LETTERS OR PAPER REQUESTS > A postbox is available inside the main doors of Omagh Hospital Complex for any discharge letters or written prescription requests/letters for doctors.

URINE SAMPLES > Where you have been asked to leave a urine sample large envelopes and forms are available at the Doors of the GP area - please complete the form and put the form and the sample inside the envelope. Please alert staff via the phone that the sample has been left for testing.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS >  If you need a repeat prescription, please leave a message on our repeat Prescription line. Please advise us which pharmacy you would like to collect your medication from. Please do not come to our reception desk to collect prescriptions.

APPOINTMENTS > If you have an appointment booked the Doctor will contact you by phone instead and assess your condition. Please do not come to the surgery without having spoken to the Doctor first.

TREATMENT ROOM APPOINTMENT >If you have an appointment at the Treatment Room for wound care please contact the Nurses on 02882 835525. If you have a blood test appointment please contact the DOCTOR who will assess you before attending.
